This is a place for authors to archive their fanfiction. All types, genres, etc. welcome. This is not intended to be used for the regular fandom sorts of things. So no friending memes, discussions, fic exchanges, etc. Just a secure, easily searchable archive to store your fic in case your comm gets struck through or fanfiction.net decides to wage another war on punctuation or some other ridiculous thing happens.

Requirements:

Before you post any fic, you must post an author introduction. This way, I can be sure to create an author's tag for you. I will also add your fandom to the list of interests. Use this form:

All fic must use this basic header, and be below a cut:

Rules

All genres/canon/RPF/whatever fandom you are interested in is accepted.
This comm will use the ESRB Rating System. I feel this system allows for the greatest nuance in ratings. Please use the rating space to explain why you have rated your fic the way you have (explicit het, explicit slash, violence, language, etc.)
You must use warnings. As this is an archiving comm and not a promotional comm, there will be no consideration given to spoilers. You can find a list of triggers commonly warned for here.
NO UNDERAGE For the purposes of this comm, underage is defined as "sexual situations involving children under the age of 16". If you are unsure about whether or not your fic qualifies, please message me and I will look over it to be sure. Violators will be deleted and banned.
You must post an Author Introduction before posting fic.
If you need tags and they are not available, please message me and I will create them for you.
All fic must be below a cut
All NSFW content (anything rated T and above) must be tagged "NSFW"
You may post banners/art/etc. with your fic but it must be below a cut and cannot be wider than 500 pixels. If your banner/art/etc. is wider than 500 pixels, you can use this code to automatically scale it:

Story vs. Series

This is probably best explained with examples. So, I'll use my own stuff. I wrote a multi-chapter fic called "Prodigal". So for the purposes of this archive, the story title associated with that work is, obviously, "Prodigal". I wrote a sequel to this story, called "Restoration". So for the purposes of this archive, the story title associated with that work is (you guessed it!) "Restoration".

But, to make my work easily searchable, I want a tag to unite the two, as one is a continuation of the other. For that, I created a series tag, "series: One Hundred Years of Stubbornness". This series tag is applied to all prequels, sequels, interludes, concurrent stories, anything that is related to that particular universe. This way, if I want to find all the stories I wrote about that particular group of characters, I just have to look for my series tag.

Another example: I started writing a series of Seven Deadly Sins fics in the Dragon Age universe. These stories are unconnected in terms of plot. However, they are all variations on that theme, and if I were posting them on ff.net they would all be chapters of the same fic. So the story tag would be the individual one-shot title of each fic, but the series tag would be "series: Seven Deadly Sins of Thedas"

Series Status and Story Status

If a story is tagged Story Status: Complete, that means the author no plans to write additional chapters. For all intents and purposes, the story is over.

If a story is tagged Story Status: In Progress, that means the author plans to write additional chapters within that particular story.

If a story is tagged Series Status: Complete, that means the author has no plans to write additional prequels, sequels, concurrent stories or AUs in that universe or to go along with that collection.

If a story is tagged Series Status: In Progress, that means the author has plans to write additional prequels, sequels, concurrent stories or AUs set in that universe.

To sum up:

A story tagged "Story Status: Complete, Series Status: Complete" is over. Done and done. There are no more chapters to come and I have no plans to write anything else in that universe A story tagged "Story Status: Compete, Series Status: In Progress" is over, but there may be a sequel or something else planned to go along with it.

A story tagged "Story Status: In Progress, Series Status: In Progress" can either mean that as soon as that individual story is over, the series will be over. Or it could mean that there are additional epilogues, prequels, etc. planned as well.

There will be nothing tagged "Story Status: In Progress, Series Status: Complete" unless there's been some kind of mistake.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Also, take some time to look at how different fics are tagged to get an idea of how this system works.
